Camp RZR 2026: Halloween Horsepower Takes Over Glamis

Trade the usual Halloween routine for two days in the dunes.

Polaris Camp RZR returns October 30-31, 2026, bringing side-by-sides, music and a full weekend of offroad culture to Southern California's Imperial Sand Dunes. The gathering takes place behind the Glamis Beach Store, with free event admission and an invitation that extends beyond Polaris owners.

For Revolt, the appeal is where the riding meets everything around it: the builds, the camp setups, the people and the soundtrack. You can spend a weekend talking suspension and tire choices, then find yourself at a stage with sand still in your shoes.

New Machines and a First Look at What Comes Next

Polaris is advertising RZR Pro R Boost demo rides on Friday and Saturday. Get there early to ask about available slots and participation requirements.

The published schedule also puts a new RZR Factory Racing vehicle reveal at 11 a.m. Friday. That gives gear-minded readers a reason to watch the official updates as closely as the action in the sand.

Our interest goes beyond the display placards. Seeing a machine in person is a chance to ask questions, compare layouts and work out which features matter for the way you actually ride.

The Village Is Part of the Ride

Between rides, explore Vendor Village, the Polaris Wheel and the Kids Zone. The schedule also includes a DRT custom vehicle showcase and Glamis 200 RZR 200 races.

It is worth giving the village its own time on the itinerary. Look closely at how people pack a vehicle, arrange a camp or solve an everyday riding problem. Sometimes the most useful idea of the weekend is parked a few feet away.

Music in the Sand and Halloween After Dark

DJ Dynamiq plays Friday; J Rythm and Boombox Heroes play Saturday. Catch Boombox Heroes' 1990s-themed set at 3:30 p.m.

Saturday's Witching Hour starts at 4 p.m. with trick-or-treating and costume activities. Check the official schedule for updates.

Friday's drone show starts at 8 p.m., after the gates close at 6 p.m. Polaris provides outside-the-grounds viewing guidance on its schedule page.

Free Admission and the Glamis Trip Are Separate Plans

Camp RZR registration happens in person at the event; Polaris says there is no event preregistration. Demo participation has its own requirements, so review the official FAQ before arriving.

Free event entry does not cover the rest of a dunes trip. BLM recreation permits are required during the October 1-April 15 permit season. Check the Imperial Sand Dunes visitor information for permit options, riding rules and current notices.

Camping update: BLM prohibits overnight camping at Osborne Overlook from October 26 through November 1, 2026. Day use remains available under the order. Review the official closure notice when choosing where to stay.
